In addition to supplying Airide™ air springs to vehicle original equipment manufacturers, FSIP also makes air springs for the industrial market, and the heavy duty and light duty aftermarkets. In the enthusiast aftermarket, FSIP is an industry leader with the Ride-Rite™, Coil-Rite™ and Level-Rite™ brands of air helper springs and Intelliride™ air control systems.


    • Proposing and evaluating manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of plans
    • Directing the development of and/or improvements to manufacturing processes and equipment. 
    • Supporting new model launches and corporate directed development projects
    • Evaluating expenditures for processes and/or equipment 
    • Providing technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations 
    • Working closely with production and maintenance personnel and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects. 
    • Analyzing tooling and equipment and selecting proper steps for solutions.
    • Meeting plan goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery and costs
    • Optimize process engineering and continuous improvement principles to day-to-day operation of the plant and assist in the management of plant processes and personnel training
    • Provide process engineering support for Capital and Maintenance projects.
    • This position will be responsible for project management and project management support on an as needed basis.
    • Ability to work individually or as a member of a team.



 BA degree in Engineering (ME, IE, orEE preferred) with 2 - 5 years experience.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be proficient with Auto Cad, Inventor, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel data management, analysis and transfer) a plus.

Ability to work individually or as a member of a team.
